"Super friendly, really relaxing atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious. One of the best and probably biggest mixed drills I've ever had , my wife's ribs were to die for they fell off the bone and were tasty. Staff were fantastic. If your looking for a good meal and no hassle this is a place to visit."

"Really enjoyable meal at Universo. So many restaurants on the strip. A lot with terrible reviews and to be avoided. Universo is NOT one of them. Chicken wings. Lamb chops (8 of them chargrilled!) with chips and veg. Grilled seabass with Canadian potatoes and salad. 2 large beers, G&T and dry white wine. €60 Definitely recommended All"

"The queue outside tells you it's going to be good. We were a party of 4 . Only waited 10 min to get a table. The staff were really friendly and worked very hard. The menu is very good with lots of choice. I had a rack of Bbq Ribs like I've never had before, even in Memphis. There must have been at least 1kg of pure lean meat on the ribs, and I had a jacket potato. The rib sauce was perfect, not too sweet or to sour. The other dinners with me had Sliced Leg of Lamb, which I was told was excellent, and served with traditional mint sauce. We liked this restaurant so much we went back again. This time I had Grilled fillets of Sole with Champagne sauce........Divine. Perfectly cooked . We had a great bottle of wine and all for less than €20 per head. Definitely recommend you try this place. I will be returning."

"Only came for the Steak . Happy i was. The wife had chicken fajitas which was really tasty. Cannot grumble having a T bone steak for 25/29 euro. Would defo return. Staff we nice and freindly."

"I recommend Universo Grill for their Caesar salad. I do realise salad is not their main thing but for those out there that eat literally bites I thought it was worth mentioning. I can highly recommend their Sangria."

"1. No barkers or hawkers. 2. People queuing outside. This was what stopped us! The wait was well worth it. Service was superb, with very humorous waiters. Food was excellent - we ate seabass day one, served with Canarian potatoes and salad. 15.50€. Lamb chops about 8 pieces served with Canarian potatoes and salad. 15.90 The options of a jacket potato or chips and vegetables were also available. My wife had a Sirloin Steak about 500g from the Menu of the Day at 13.95€ with served with Canarian potatoes and vegetables. The only critic we had was that the steak was a bit tough, however this could have been down to an u lucky cut. We will probably eat at The Universo again tonight depending how the day pans out. "This is an amazing place, the food is outstanding. You need to get in early for a table or book in advance, we booked for 6pm and when we came out there was a long queue of people waiting to get in."
